Club Triumph Round Britain Reliability Run Day 1

It was all about the Club Triumph Round Britain Reliability Run today, well getting to the start of it and getting underway. Whilst Annie headed into London for a work event, I did the final car prep before heading for the event start at Knebworth House in Hertfordshire. A good friend Sarah joined us as a third driver, her first ever time in the car. Having picked her up from Stevenage railway station and Annie a little later, we were finally at the start and signed in. Around 140 Triumphs of pretty much every model are taking part and by around 5.30pm, most were there including several from around Europe. We left and immediately headed North. The rain came and went and good progress was made. We reached the Scottish Border without problems around midnight. So far, so good.
