Rustic creation no.2

These sausage rolls are from Lorraine Pascal's quick food ideas.
The first time I made them I left the skin on the sausages as she said............. not good, so from now on it's off with the skin.
I smear Coleman's English mustard on the pastry before I put the sausages on it to give it a right kick.
