Critical function

On way to Toronto. Given the cold weather and snow our plane had to be de-iced; a process that invariably seems to take at least 45 minutes. It has always struck me that given we live in Calgary we should be pretty slick at this process ... yet...
Wouldn’t want to fly without doing it though!!!!!
