Chanterelle Mushrooms

My nieces husband did an overnight camping trip and came home with these beautiful golden chanterelle mushrooms that he scavenged. We will be having some with brunch tomorrow. Tonight we had an amazing dinner with fresh cod that he had caught. Yum yum!!!
