The walled garden

This is the old abandoned walled garden on the estate, where fruit and vegetables would have been grown to supply the 'big hoose' kitchen.

It's a long time since it produced anything other than weeds, lichen and moss, but it's probably a haven for all sorts of creatures.

"Come into the garden, Maud"?

I reckon the only Maud who would be tempted to enter through this dilapidated gate would be the four-legged one!
