Jamjar's knees.

Climbing at the Roaches today. Beautiful beautiful area. Jan had a damm good go at a route, but fell when her foot slipped. All her gear was bomber... (very good). She fell a few meters and had some good bruising and cuts resulting in the rainbow knees. I reckon these will develop considerably over the next week.
