Starshine

Tonight was a spectacularly clear night and it was fairly warm too so N and I went off stargazing. I am determined to try and improve my night sky photography! I am very envious of all you Southern Hemisphere clippers as your view of the Milky Way is so much spectacular than ours. This is a group of stars which were on the horizon and were part of the Milky Way. I managed to get them fairly clearly so this is my record of what I achieved today :)
It's amazing how many more stars appear once you get away from eh light pollution of towns and cities.
The extra is one with a satellite moving in front of the constellation of Casseopeia [ or so N tells me ].
