Sheltered Squirrel

After last night's presentation in Westport Mass. we drove back to Northampton over midday.  Rain started part way, and poured down for the afternoon. Soon after our arrival this squirrel appeared on the porch railing opposite our dining table, out of the rain. He appeared ready to stay indefinitely, but was chased away after about ten minutes. by a visitor who came up the nearby steps.
