Flowers within a flower

As our garden is now bereft of any flowers, I decided to buy a bunch in the Coop this morning to brighten the place up and to give me something to take for the Flower Friday challenge.  When I downloaded my photos I noticed that the little frilly bits (?!) around the heart of this gerbera look like little flowers themselves!
