Eyes Right

I didn't have to go out for my blip today - this juvenile sparrowhawk came to me. Well not me per se, more accurately our bird table and more to the point my tiny birds who were feeding up as it's incredibly windy and rainy here today. 

Shot through the raindrop covered window  which I was cursing with the focusing as I'd managed to cover the space between us as far as I could without being spotted! 

I've been messing with Color Efex Pro just for a change sitting with a cuppa after a busy day. I did like this combo of filters as I think it shows his markings and especially those eyes!
