Excellence

To the COSLA Conference in St Andrew’s, which includes the always inspirational COSLA Excellence Awards - recognising the fantastic frontline work being done by Council’s and partners across Scotland.

A real highlight for me were the winners of the special Presidents’ Award - Kirkcaldy High School and their superb LGBTQ programme - designed and led by young people, seen here collecting their Award from President Alison Evison and MC for the event Jackie Bird.
