First Day in Madrid

First Day in Madrid.  Checked in to the Dear Hotel which was terrific.  Had this wonderful staircase which from the blip could be a corridor rather than a long drop.

On the way to the Plaza Mayor we came across this well handled statue.  He didn't seem to object.
