Once it was memorable - on holiday in Tasmania when we bought a very large live lobster and they cooked it for us, we briefly refrigerated it, and then we ate it. It was bought from a co-op that specialised in live seafood and would supply the top restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne with live fish.

That was incredible. This time bbq'd tails and the only time I think that I've cooked it myself.

Not bad, but not close to being in the same class I'm afraid.
