I made another Chinese banquet last night.
All from Fuchsia Dunlop's books, she's great!

The menu was (clockwise from left):

Stir-fried maitake mushrooms
Bowl-steamed pork belly with rice meal and peas
Strange-flavour chicken
Sichuanese cucumber salad
Lotus leaf steamed buns
Silken tofu with presevered duck eggs

It all went down very well.
