Out for a Park Run this morning. Decided to run with Jet to see if he could cope with the 5k at the ripe old age of 10. Hope I run as well when I am in my 70’s!

Back home to put an undercoat on the skirting board. Neither of us fancied going to far this afternoon so a local walk it was. Spotted Columbo and Poirot exchanging notes. Hope you enjoy the extras.
