Over the roof tops

Wandering around town late afternoon, I was a bit surprised to see pink clouds at 15:15, but then sunset IS at 15:52 these days! I took this snap with my phone so the quality isn't that great, but I liked the contrasting view over the roof tops towards the Balmoral Hotel and Calton Hill in the distance. I should have used my DSLR but couldn't be bothered getting it out for the one picture (I'm a lazy git!).

The picture was taken from St. Giles Street just off the Royal Mile near the top of the mound.
