Green ears

Today's image is a minimally edited shot of one of the Elephant Ear's plant's leaves outside our bedroom hut window. I noticed how the early morning sun falling on it emphasised the structure and showed the patterns between the nerves. Another of nature's beauties which you only see if you look closely. I hope you will have the possibility to do so too for this coming Thursday's challenge, find or make an 'organic' abstract (faffing is always allowed !) The tag will be AT173

Thanks so much for all your AT entries last Thursday, lots of architectural ones too ! As the internet in this little piece of paradise is a bit iffy and certainly worse later in the day, I've not dared commenting on all the entries, but I have left you all a star. And I've gathered a list of 5 specials:

gblrps for a colourful abstract which does looks architectural
NothingToFear for a roof with a face abstract
SandraSuisse  for an intriguing metal pattern construction and an abstract as is
60plus      for playing with the pattern of patio slabs and inserting a bit of pink
mambo    for seeing the abstract in part of a building

Thanks again and thanks so much for all the kind comments and stars and even a fave for yesterday's Balinese market scene. The cooking lesson was great fun too , I'm posting a collage about that in the extras. :-)
