Puddles

The attraction of puddles cannot be denied and it is best to be appropriately dressed to maximise the experience.  Wellies are a must; Torran chose the flashing ones which gave immediate interest and would be a useful distraction if the puddles ran out.  Though that would be unlikely given the recent weather.  Waterproofs are useful though nothing really stops the water getting through.  And finally a fetching gilet which could double as a lifejacket in the case of a chasm masquerading as a puddle.
 
And some puddles need to be approached with caution, they might be deeper than you think.
