Jog on!

After all the rain the past couple of days it was a relief to get a break in the weather. Just as well as I was taking part in a trail running workshop at Hillend.

It was organised by Salomon, they gave us shoes to try out and we ran about up behind the ski slope and learned some techniques to help with uphill/downhill etc.

It was the first time I’ve run with other people, I quite enjoyed it. I also came home and bought a pair of their shoes so guess their marketing activity has worked.

S was trusted with supper again tonight but totally redeemed himself with some knockout homemade pizza. About to watch the final episodes of Killing Eve (it’s brilliant and highly recommended if you haven’t seen it yet).
