Popsy

Popsy graces the short tunnel under Telford Road on Edinburgh's Blackhall cycle path. I blipped her while out on a bike ride this morning.

Apart from resuming my exercise routine after a few days when this has not been possible, today has been one of sorting and prep for the days ahead. I have a very packed couple of days on campus coming up, so have been busy planning and reviewing work.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches; 10 mile bike ride.
