On the Wild Side

We went to Assateague Island to see horses that are allowed to roam free. Only three of the horses were within camera range and the female pictured here was too close at times.  

This beautiful lady had two "bird" friends fighting over who got to ride on her back.  One was a sparrow and the other was an egret.  The egret won and was happy riding on the horses back through the countryside.
