Who ate all the pies?

A food walking tour today...
Started with proper Greek coffee, loved the ceremony of it, as well as the taste.
Then a trip round the meat, fish and vegetable markets.
Next stop Greek meze with tsipouro, am now officially in love with Greek feta.
Then there was a pie shop, where the interior was almost as amazing as the filo and spinach/feta pie.
Souvlaki came next, pita rolled around chunks of freshly cooked meat with parsley and a spicy tomato sauce.
The last stop in our culinary adventure was Greek doughnuts, smothered in honey classic style, although we might have to go back so we can try out the new fangled stuffed version!
