It has rained and drizzled all day , chilly too.
A busy day - - - -
# swimming/exercise 9am for an hour
# home washing in machine / house plants put to soak
# back to club saw J for back massage , who tried to release muscle by new technique - not sure it's worked!
# shopping , got a couple of the dreaded C presents too . So surprised but it took me one hour. Struggle +++
# home took washing out of machine ( sadly this won't be put outside )
Replaced house plants
Put shopping away
Phew that's enough for today , think a cuppa is called for.

Grateful .... for a rest now
