Morning Statue

Today I was attending an RCN Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority Event in Leeds. I took the bus down, and walked around Leeds for a bit before it started - this shot was from Briggate, near the Trinity Centre. Its the statue built at the same time, that stands outside the Trinity Centre. 

The event itself was interesting. There were talks on leadership for bringing people forward and giving them a chance. There were also stories, some funny, some emotional. At one point I felt quite angry, when I heard about the way one person had been treated.
