Threat

I have a new sleep app monitoring the quality of my sleep.
It tells me that I managed 1 hr and 30 minutes of sleep before my 5:10 am alarm sounded and I had to endure a 12 hours shift.
I felt perfectly dreadful all day and ended up sleeping on the locker room floor using my gym towel as a pillow during my break.
This cloud rolled in before I headed home. 
I'm in "sleep debt" to the tune of 6 hours and 22 minutes. I'm going to bed now before another slightly less stupidly early alarm tomorrow. Zzzzz....
