Broccoli, Leek and Cheese en Croute with Gratin Dauphinoise
Tried out a variation of Pommes Dauphinoise: this version has no cheese similar this version by Nigel Slater.
The cheese in Dauphinoise potatoes factor has proved contraversial and after a fair bit of research I don't have a definative answer however personally I prefer it with Gruyère
That said I think it was a tad under seasoned this time around.
