A Bit Scary (4)

Unlike the three previous scarecrows, the birds might find this one somewhat intimidating. It's outside a house flooded by the aftermath of Cyclone Gita in February hence the reference to Gita.  Only three more sleeps before the annual festival and two more before the 150th anniversary of the local school.
