Chilly sunrise

What a heavy frost this morning, 1st of the year. It was a chilly sunrise.
As I was walking Bubbles after work near my home, a GSD ran across the road, it nearly got hit by a car & then it terrorized Bubbles. The experience didn't do either of us any good, but it didn't actually bite Bubbles, thank goodness. 
I told the owner he had better keep it under control as his calls of " Oscar" were totally useless.
