GOING HOME....

.... ah yes today was pack up and head back home!

We have had a superb week the hi light of course was catching up with Jen of NewcastleDownunder fame.

One of the pics whilst here on my "bucket list" was to get a take off shot from the RAAF Williamtown base of one of the Hornets as seen on this link I had got at home leaving the Richmond base.  Missed them the other day we were here, so decided on our way home would "camp out" a bit on the edge of the field and hope for a "show"!!

Well, you guessed it no show - so all we have is a common old domestic taking off!! 

Now settled back home and hope to do some catchup with you all over the weekend before our "girls" arrive back from their holiday also this week. 

Enjoy and have a look in LARGE I like the "misty" feel to a take off like this from the fuel haze! Must the "rev head in me" he he!!
