Instructions

New dishwasher delivered today. Shiny, white and very frugal on water and power (apparently). Spent some time reading the instructions and trying to work out what this extra spray head was for.

Managed a run at lunch time but did get soaked by the heavy rain that started half way and buffeted by strong winds. We had to negotiate a few flooded bits in the lanes. My new running shoes seemed to be really good - my leg was not stiff or sore afterwards and I didn't end up limping later in the afternoon as I have been with the old ones. They are now soggy and covered in mud...
