Crusty

There's maybe something not quite right with my sour-dough starter, although it looks and smells OK, because this loaf just didn't want to rise. But after a full day's proving I decided it wasn't going to do anymore so baked it as was. To be fair, it's crusty and tastes decent enough - but it's so wee!
Otherwise: long lie, yoga, ironing, new book, telly catch-up, photobook, pub.
