On Reflection

Well... a not so early morning stroll down to the River Thames and i popped down to an old riverside industrial area ( i presume it's days are numbered as soon as developers have the cash).

A lot of big puddles about (not including the Thames!) and i thought it a good day to try snapping them .

As i lay on the ground crouched down a couple of joggers came past ... members of Gravesend Rowing club resplendent in their red and black plumage.

As the puddle covered most of the footpath, " are you going round it or through it ?" i quipped .

The response from the lady jogger was " I can walk on water !" .

I readied my camera ... but alas there was no miracle as she ran around the puddle .

I suppose sports people do have to have a little arrogance and self belief , but believing you can walk on water is taking confidence to the self delusional level.
Perhaps the Thames will part as she rows ? hehe
