Saturday

Not been a  great day. 
Feeling a 'bit' ill, not quite sure what, but a bit of a sore head, a bit of a sore throat, a bit of sore sinuses, a bit low and tired legs. 
Supermarket run, lunch in cafe nero, then home to the sofa and sleep.
