Metaphor

I followed this lorry on my way into work this morning. It was collecting and delivering portable toilets. The sign reads 'No stools left on this wagon overnight'. 

We are going through many changes at work. In theory we should be to develop and train people to ably move into different jobs and achieve more. 

In reality I hope we do not just end up shifting crap jobs around.
