Bob's 60th - Barbara's 40th

We were invited to two parties tonight, we managed to go to both.
The first one we went to was Ray's cousin's daughter who was celebrating her 40th. She surprised everyone by producing photos of her wedding to long time partner, they and their children had kept the secret since July. They wanted to wait until all the parents and family were together, to tell everyone, so that was lovely news. Congratulations Barbara and Chris.

We then went on to one of our music friend's party Bob was turning 60 (see extra)  Bob was flooded a few years ago and has spent a lot of time recently renovating and flood proofing his house. It is coming on nicely. The music session was held in the workshop, Bob is a beespoke cabinet maker. The main picture is of Ray, (a long time since he has had such a late night  playing music) and another session regular Dickon. who  has only been playing the fiddle for a few years.
