Amble Light Beacon

The weather today was pants, I had four hours sleep after night shift so i went for a bracing walk at Amble.

There was a swell of at least four metres and huge waves crashing over the pier it was freezing cold but very atmospheric.

I had the big stopper filter with me and got this along with a number of others which will be on my flickr pages later.

I met a man called Ray walking his dog, he posed for me and another man called Terry who was fascinated with my camera, he was a Fuji X100 user, we had a great chat about the whys and wherefors of cameras.
a good afternoon out despite the crap weather.
