MONDAY MORNING

I made myself get out and about to greet the sunrise this morning, and have a brisk walk along the prom. It wasn't a spectacular sunrise as the sky was cloudless, but lovely enough.

I learned a few things while I was about it.
1. It's time to put a hat and gloves in the car if I'm going to do that again.
2. I can still lift my leg onto a waist-high wall to pull up socks / re-tie shoelaces.
3. I can still feel the effect of (2.) several hours later.
