Peak Assault 2018, Glyntawe, Brecon Beacons

I think yesterday’s blip is better but we were spoiled by good weather on both days :-)

We had a lie in, not starting until 07.48 this morning and set off in sunshine. We only had 4 hours rather than yesterday’s 8, but with better team work, a fitter team and no dog, we located as many checkpoints as we did yesterday.

The final result: erm well let’s just say we came as far from first place as is possible! But, despite our ups and downs, everyone wants to do it again next year. We also had two Ranger teams compete in their own category against Explorers and they all enjoyed themselves and are fired up for next year too.
