Finally dried

Started the day by putting in washing and then helping Geoff with his project taking only a couple of hours.

He then went out to cut up the branches from the trees to take to the tip.It took three journeys!! (see extra)

Washing dried (cheated - went through the dryer) so on to the ironing.

Decided the 'Autumn' clean the study and move all the children's toys into the sun lounge as it was time to utilise the study over the winter. Remember I had an almost new pair of curtains so down with the old ones and up with the new ones.  Cushions washing and dried so now ready to move in.
The Chinese lanterns had dried off so removed all the dead leaves and they are ready for a display.  Had a much more than last year thanks to the dry summer.  I may spray some of them silver or gold to go in with Christmas decorations as I have an abundance.

No sign of the Hedgehog for the past two days hope he is OK and perhaps he has decided to hibernate.  The Pheasant still continues to come for his afternoon snack - glad he has managed to avoid the shooting up in the fields over the weekend.
