After last week's workshop, there was so much to discuss with my PhD student (И) today that we ended up going to her new flat for lunch. It's only a short walk from King's Buildings, but it's in an unfamiliar direction, so I got this unaccustomed view of the highest building on the campus and the block where Biologist lives. After lunch, we just got back in time for me to have a long meeting with my other PhD student (M), before a visit to И's office to supply them with apples led to И and I returning to my office to work together on something. [It's convenient to use the original Cyrillic initial "И" rather then "I" to anonymize my student's name!]
