Lucy

Funny day. We threw dogs over fence again for quick stretch but had a time limit because we had to get back to house to give L a lift down to his pal in Fort William. How frustrating that his "ready in five minutes" stretched to another half an hour which could have been spent running some more calories off the dogs.

Lucy needs less exercise than our two guys so they were then piled in to the boot for the trip to town. Taxi trip done, we drove back by the Gairlochy road and went up Glen Loy. This is a little used single track public road and, very unusual for us, we parked at the roadside and walked the dogs along the bitmac road. The road generally follows the river and the unfenced verges allowed lots of exploring and swimming opportunities. We saw no cars just a very fit looking lady who swished past on her bike.

Typing this I am now thinking I should have done a Glen Loy blip but the image is already uploaded. Its a beautiful glen even on a dreich day like today and further up on the remote hill sides you will often spot a golden eagle.

Anyway, this is Lucy, charging about happy that she has managed to steal Caley's stick as he presented it to me for the next throw.
