gray day

I went out for a walk with my trusty snow shoes today. Not much moving about but me as its a dull gray day. We are supposed to get freezing rain and it will probably arrive later tonight. I took my shoes off so I could go down the road to get the mail--don't need them to go there!
I thought they showed just how deep the snow is on either side of the walk leading to our back step and we still have about two and a half months of winter----YIKES
