Tiny Tuesday - Arbousiers

Arbutus unedo, the strawberry tree is an evergreen shrub, quite plentiful round here.
These tiny fruit are about the size of small cherries. They have an interesting texture to their skin when looked at closely.

Occasionally they can be used for making jam, but are not often eaten fresh.
