Honey, Honey

Honey Fungus - beautiful but rather unpopular. It tends to colonise trees that are already dead or weak. There was quite a bit around in the valley when I went for my walk. I chose the valley because it was pretty blustery, and it is often quite sheltered. There were quite a few species of fungi, and I also got good views of a Heron, and a glimpse of Dippers.
