This was an epithet directed towards the builders of the (extra) Palais de Justice because, in order to build this scary pile, they had to destroy much of les Marolles... Old Brussels district swiftly becoming chic et cher!

I have to go to the Palais de Justice on Monday to submit my application for Belgian citizenship...
