Grand old lime trees

What a fine afternoon we had. Rob and I took Pepper to Howe Ridding for a walk in the autumn sunshine. We wandered off the path and came upon these superb old lime trees, so majestic and tall that I couldn’t get them in my photo.
We carried on to Sarah to collect our precious apple juice that was waiting in her freezer, around 20 litres so we won’t run out any time soon! I can’t wait to taste it but it’s taking awhile to defrost.
