Aquilegia.....

......the beauty of spring as Granny's bonnets bloom, gently nodding in a spring breeze, being tossed in strong nor'west winds, lightly drizzled from spring showers, they're a resilient bunch I wouldn't be without.

Today I wanted to work in the garden and I did for just a wee while before the rain came, nicely refreshing the garden.
