Lewis Carroll never wrote this...

... but I like it anyway because it's spot on.

It's on a coaster I bought from a (very Alicey) shop in Stratford.

It does wind me up though how many quotations are attributed to Lewis Carroll's beautifully weird books and yet were actually from the awful Disney cartoon or the recent (and even more awful) films.

Had a quiet, lazy day. My friend went back home to Leeds in the afternoon and I stayed on at my folks' for a few more days.
