Hovering

Firstly thank you to everyone who left comments, stars and hearts on my whale tail yesterday. I appreciate the support, and am already saving my pennies in order to do the trip again.

Today's image is sort of the opposite of yesterday's - in size anyway. This is (I think) a hoverfly. A tiny wee thing about half an inch long (less than 2cm). I was getting really frustrated trying to take his photo because he rarely settled - kept hovering instead.

He's pretty freaky in large.
