Silly Saturday at the Megalong Open

Today we held our annual family golf day at the farm.
It was a top turnout this year with a large contingent coming from Tasmania.
9 of the 12 cousins (next generation) turned up with families and it must have been over 30 in all.
It was an absolutely top day.

This year’s theme, in a nod to the current fashion, was “come as your favourite female icon”.
Pictured are Marilyn Munro, Gai Waterhouse (for non-Aussies she is a famous racehorse trainer) and Amy Winehouse.

The extra is our lovely daughter, Helen, demonstrating she is probably more Munro than golfer.

The winner, finally after several failed previous attempts, was JD - the only real golfer to attend.
